We are working with a hot, SaaS Startup in New York that is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing!
This is a great role for a Growth / Demand Generation Marketer who has had experience scaling marketing orgs at other early stage SaaS companies.
Product Marketing background is a huge plus.
You will be the 1st, dedicated Marketer in the organization.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate with product team to inform development decisions and understand target audience.
Create compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
Analyze key metrics to track campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Work with sales team to develop sales enablement materials.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in early-stage companies, ideally from Seed to Series A.
Strong background in growth and product marketing.
Ability to work cross-functionally with design, product, and sales teams.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Excellent communication skills.
Autonomy, independence, and ability to adapt quickly.
Creative thinking and willingness to experiment.
