Job Description and Duties

DSH-Napa Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Services is hiring a Speech Pathologist I. This is a full time and permanent position working with adult patients in a psychiatric facility.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to :

  • Assessment and evaluation
  • Treatment services
  • Provide written documentation pertaining to progress in treatment
  • Provide training to unit staff to support the patient in daily living

  • Duties Performed and Supervisor’s name and Contact information must be completed on the STD 678 - Incomplete applications will be screened out.
  • Resumes will not be accepted in lieu of information provided on the STD 678.
  • Foreign transcripts must be evaluated and submitted with application STD 678.
  • Attach a copy of proof of degree or transcript if using the education to meet the minimum qualification.
