Who You Are
A member Global Supply Chain Management Team - Senior Procurement / Buyer within ADP, Skunk Works.
What You Will Be Doing
You'll be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on complex build-to-print subcontracts for DOD programs.
Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.
Prepare bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price;
select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Desired skills
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with 6 years of professional experience;
or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
- Experience with reading engineering drawings
- Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP / AeroCode
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Commitment to be on-site a minimum of 2 days a week
