You possess the qualifications : A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
You're officially certified : Holding a valid state veterinary license

Compensation and Sign-On Bonus :
Average Base + Production Compensation Range : $160,000-$250,000
Plus, a Sign-On Bonus of up to $100,000
No Non-Compete Clause
This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.
Pay Range Disclaimer : The compensation range includes average base + production compensation. BluePearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials.
These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and / or hospital. Please discuss specific ancillary benefits with your interviewer.
