I’ve just partnered with a growing company seeking their next Manufacturing Project Manager to lead projects in a dynamic machine shop environment.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive machining experience (Fanuc robots) and a strong record in project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Partner with clients to define project scope, requirements, and timelines
- Create detailed project schedules and manage all stages of project execution
- Develop and review proposals, estimates, and contracts for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and resolve project challenges
- Review job estimates, determine methods, and negotiate project timelines and costs
Qualifications
- Experience with Fanuc Robots Programming
- Minimum 7 years in welding, machining, and / or millwright environments
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business
- Skilled in estimating, purchasing, and project management software
- Proficient in blueprint reading and geometric tolerance standards
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with customer and vendor interfacing as needed
