Job Title : Press Operator
Job Description
- Operate complex production equipment and manufacturing tools in a team environment to produce and package various products safely.
- Make necessary adjustments to existing equipment, provide continuous feedback for process improvement, and conduct quality control and in-process production testing.
- Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in continuous production / processing operations.
- Perform all work following established safety procedures.
- Set up and operate a wide range of machine tools such as mill-turns, mills, lathes, and grinders, and powder presses on complex aerospace tolerance products.
- Read blueprints and set and check work to various quality control gauges.
