JobSummary :
Appliesintensive and diversified knowledge of design principles practicesand implementation in complex systems and assignments.
Generalresponsibilities include design concept generation participating indesign reviews development and testing to assess performanceagainst design specification;
reliability testing and assessment ofsystem interactions. Makes independent decisions. Assist in thedevelopment of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issuesto determine root cause and possible engineeringsolutions.
Responsibilities :
- Participatesin efforts to define new components products or processes andidentify technicalchallenges.
- Makessuggestions to improve workprocesses.
- Createspotentially patentable components for systems orprocesses.
- Appliesadvanced engineering knowledge toprojects.
- Executesexperiments; participates in experimentaldesign.
- UtilizesDOE whereappropriate.
- Participatesin project planning process updates and contributes to experimentaldesign.
Education :
BachelorsDegree / MS degree in a directly related discipline 8 / 4 years ofrelated experience required; OR PhD degree and 2 experiencerequired.
