Responsibilities
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features.
- Contribute to the identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product area with little oversight.
- Create and implement change management strategies for products, services, or features, ensuring code reusability where applicable.
- Contribute to efforts to break down larger change initiatives into smaller tasks and provide accurate estimations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Change Management
- Solid experience in Project Management and DevOps
- Experience in building and maintaining reliable and scalable services / platforms
- Experience with adaptability and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
