The estimated base salary range for this role is $87,920 to $131,880 per year. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.

As our Market Development Manager of Energy Saving Ceilings, your main area of coverage will be NYC, with potential coverage extending to Boston and the eastern seaboard down to Washington DC.
The Market Development Manager is responsible for driving market expansion and revenue growth of our innovative ESC products through extensive market research, strategic planning, and collaboration with various teams to ensure successful market penetration and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in energy and decarbonization markets.
- Identify and evaluate potential target markets and customer segments.
- Set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for market development initiatives.
- Prepare detailed business plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align market strategies and resources.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure our products meet market demands.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably 7+ years of experience in market development or business development within the energy-saving or construction products industry.
