Federal Workday Data Conversion Lead - Security Clearance Required

The Work :

• Lead a team of Data Conversion consultants
• Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems & spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system
• Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools
• Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday
• Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday
• Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project
• Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership
• Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals
• Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives
• Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary

Here is what you need :

• Current Workday HCM Partner Certification
• 5 years of consulting experience
• 3 years of hands-on Workday Data conversion experience on 6+ full lifecycle implementations in leadership role
• 3+ years of US and / or Global Data Operations + ETL including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho, XML, & MYSQL / SQL experience
• Ability to travel as needed

Eligible to obtain a TS / SCI with polygraph

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia .

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
