They are seeking a mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their growing Charlotte office.*Job Description Assist with a wide range of commercial real estate tasks, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures.
- Structure, negotiate, and draft documentation for commercial real estate transactions.* Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on various high-profile projects locally and nationally.
- Maintain strong client communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications : *Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.* 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
