Our goal is to enhance our team byhiring a skilled Email Marketing Specialist focused on cold emailoutreach.

Position : ColdEmailSpecialist

Compensation :

• Monthly Salary : $2000 USD
• Base Salary : $1600 USD
• Performance Bonus : $400 USD (based on achieving KPIs andcreating opportunities for our clients)

Responsibilities :

• Create and manage outbound email marketingcampaigns under the guidance of our Marketing Director or ProjectManagers.
• Craft compelling outboundemail copy and campaigns.
• Set upand warm up inboxes to ensure high deliverabilityscores.
• Diagnose and resolve anydeliverability issues.
• Oversee theexecution of outreach campaigns from inception tocompletion.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in creatingsuccessful outbound email marketingcampaigns.
• Ability to work duringUS hours specifically from 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm Pacific TimeMonday to Friday including a 1hour break.
• Experience working with US clients during US businesshours.
• Fluent in English bothwriting and speaking.
• Strongbackground in email copywriting inbox setup deliverabilitymanagement and campaign analytics.
• Techsavvy with a reliable internet connection a recentcomputer and a highquality headset.
