American Beauty is opening soon @ The Grove! We are looking for skilled and committed Line Cooks who are eager to be part of all the challenges and rewards of opening a restaurant.
Our first location on Rose Ave in Venice innovates the genre, focusing on chef driven product and technique, uniquely curated and crafted drinks, all served in a highly designed yet casual dining room, horseshoe bar, and lush patio.
American Beauty is committed to being an important part of the neighborhood and we are excited to soon join the Fairfax community.

Qualifications :
- 2 years experience as a line cook in a contemporary, Chef driven, full-service restaurant
- A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
- Ability to follow standards including food safety and sanitation and dish execution
- Basic knife skills
- Detail oriented and cool under pressure
- Adherence to recipes, portion specs and timing expectations
- Have a flexible schedule and open availability
