Job Description & Requirements

Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 10 D Pay Rate : $1276.04 - $1470.22

Required Qualifications

Must Have Skills / Experience : 2+ years

EMR : EPIC

Active NH PT license or COMPACT

Active BLS certification

Scrub Color : NA - can wear any color scrubs if you would like. All OP PTs dress professional. Must wear closed-toe and closed-side shoes.

Any unacceptable attire : jeans, open toed shoes.

Type of Patients on Unit : Ortho, Neuro, general deconditioning, balance deficits, pain

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Skillset / Experience : Outpatient PT experience, EPIC EMR experience.

Years of Experience : 2+ years with prior experience working in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred.
