- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
