Job Title : Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time)
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
This is a part-time position, 2 possible 3 days per week doing house calls locally.
New Graduates welcome to apply and we are willing to train.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
