Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Legal Counsel, located in Miami, FL. The Corporate Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, handling legal issues, preparing legal documents, and conducting contract negotiations. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring corporate compliance with applicable regulations, and providing legal support to various departments within the company.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Legal Issues
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
• Experience in offering Legal Advice on various matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
• Excellent knowledge of South Florida Legal space and the connections
• Experience in litigation is a big plus
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
