Job Summary :

Cox Media is seeking an Advertising Platforms,Senior Manager to join our Digital Ad Operations Center of Excellence . This positionmanages our vendor relationships, digital order management systemssupport, and execution monitor of our offshore team responsible forthe trafficking and billing of digital campaigns in our digital OMSand vendor platforms.

They will be responsible for ensuring digitalcampaigns are fulfilled on time and deliver results that meet orexceed client expectations across our suite ofproducts.

This individual must possess a strongability to build relationships across teams and provide excellentcustomer service standards.

They will work in a matrix organizationleading remote and geographically diverse teams. The Ad PlatformsSr. Manager will work to create efficiencies and streamlineworkflows around the digital campaign onboarding process.

They willalso determine prioritization of clients and guide their teamthrough the execution of requests to meet internal and externalexpectations.

They will be responsible forcoordination with their peers within the Digital Ad OperationsCenter of Excellence to ensure positive performance outcomes andinternal and external stakeholder satisfaction.

This coordinationwill include mitigation and prevention of escalated issues, theresolution of stakeholder concerns, monitoring of productivity andthe execution of strategies to optimize processes, retain talentand maintain a high performing team.

They will manage a fulfillmentteam to drive superior campaign execution and results for customersand will manage their performance against associated SLAs andKPIs.

Primary responsibilitiesand essential functions :

Digital MediaExpertise :

  • Detailed knowledge of both internal and outsourced digitalfulfillment requirements and workflow.
  • Usescomprehensive knowledge of all digital ad products and fulfillmentprocesses to effectively launch and maintain campaigns that achieveadvertiser goals and KPIs.
  • Act as subjectmatter expert of Cox Media's digital media portfolio and thecontract terms and guidelines of vendor partnerships.
  • Staying informed of industry trends and best practices,focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts andsharing knowledge to team members.

Platform & ToolsManagement :

  • Responsible for owning vendor relationships on digitalexecution tools; includes contract management, overall partnership,monthly reviews, licensing etc.
  • Includesintaking business concerns and feedback, developing requirementsand working with partners to add to development timelines.
  • Will lead the implementation of enhancementsincluding driving the team forward on integrations, testing,training, launch and communications.

FunctionalLeadership :

  • Manages an interdisciplinary team of offshore resourcesresponsible for digital campaigns, includes assessing team memberperformance, collaborating with offshore team leads and providingresources for the onboarding of offshore resources.
  • Oversees the execution and management of digitalcampaigns utilizing diversified product portfolio in support of CoxMedia's 10 field offices.
  • Advises andcoaches team members on procedures, technical problems, priorities,and standard methodology.
  • Develops workflowsolutions for team to become efficient and create best practicesenabling the team to scale and manage additional order volumes.
  • Approves and / or escalates any orders thatare exceptions to the standardized product catalog and SLAs.
  • Monitors fulfillment status to ensurecampaigns deliver desired results and makes recommendations tooptimize delivery if needed.
  • Holds weeklyaccountability calls with execution teams, monthly reportingcheck-ins, and quarterly business reviews. Shares information withkey stakeholders to improve processes.

Quality Assurance :

  • Reviewreporting and dashboards for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SLAs for timely execution ofreporting activities.
  • Identify reoccurringissues and suggest improvements to processes and tools.
  • Holds fulfillment providers accountable for SLA deliveryand escalates issues as needed.

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration :

  • Work closely with other internal departments such asmarketing, finance, and operations to streamline processes andenhance overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate withthe sales team to identify opportunities for accurate execution ofdigital fulfillment processes and campaign support.
  • Liaison between the markets and fulfillment providersfor all digital fulfillment inquiries and issues.
  • Liaison to preferred vendor for technicaltroubleshooting on DSP platforms. Responsible for escalating issuesand managing through resolution.
  • Providesconsistent feedback to fulfillment providers and campaign managersto facilitate continuous improvement in the quality of service andcampaign results.
  • Works with Shared SalesServices and Product Management Team to educate them on fulfillmentbest practices to ensure markets are properly trained.

Qualifications

Skills andRequirements :

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor'sdegree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in DigitalMedia working in analytics and / or technical ad operations.

Theright candidate could also have a different combination, such as amaster's degree and 6 years' experience; or 12 years' experience ina related field

  • 2 or more years ofexperience in a management / leader role
  • Extensive experience working in digital advertising operations orDigital fulfillment.
  • Demonstrated ability inleading a team of people and getting results.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem
  • Proven skills in digital campaign managementincluding processing, trafficking and monitoring performanceagainst SLAs and KPIs.
  • Excellentinterpersonal, leadership, analytical problem solving, listening,written, and verbal communication and collaborative skills to workeffectively with teams throughout the organization.
  • Keen problem-solving skills - ability to proactivelyidentify potential issues, troubleshoot and quickly resolve them.
  • Self-starter, resourceful and excels at"getting things done".
  • Strong interpersonalskills with demonstrated experience in cross-functionalcollaboration.
  • Demonstrated customer serviceskills with ability to build strong working relationships andconsistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to organizeand prioritize assignments.
  • Proven abilityto manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with theability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly.
  • Analytical and possess the ability toevaluate data and interpret results.
  • Willingto travel as necessary for training, digital media events, etc.

  • 2 or more years of experience asa media buyer or planner, performing advertising agency work,working in a marketing or public relations role, or somecombination of these
  • Prior experiencespecifically with DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel,DSPs or similar advertising systems and technologies

USD 117,300.00 - 195,500.00 peryear

Compensation :

Compensationincludes a base salary of $117,300.00 - $195,500.00. The basesalary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based onfactors such as the ultimate location of the position and theselected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Position maybe eligible for additional compensation that may include anincentiveprogram.
