Job Title

Global Network Manager

The ideal candidate will provide technical and managerial leadership across the global network landscape of Allegion business units and plant locations.

What You Will Do :

  • Creating a vision and plan for the network team to execute by targeting gaps and identifying innovation opportunities.
  • Working closely with customers and internal partners to design and implement resilient and highly secure network solutions.
  • Working with project managers to ensure projects are staffed appropriately and the team is executing according to project plans.
  • Performing yearly reviews of network infrastructure and planning / budgeting for replacement as necessary to meet Allegions lifecycle management goals.
  • Coaching and leading network team members to document and implement yearly objectives that enable business growth and stability.
  • Working with network team members to develop, document and implement career progression plans.
  • Engaging and managing vendors to procure network infrastructure and resolve incident cases.
  • Collaborate and efficiently complete work in a global matrix environment.

What You Need to Succeed :

  • 5 years of experience managing a technical network team preferred
  • 10 years of relatable network experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience managing ITIL ticket, problem and change management.
  • Proven Project Management skills in complex and multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Experience managing budgets and review of invoices.
