Responsibilities
Horizon Health is seeking a Director of Business Development for our BRAND NEW Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic in Chicago, IL called Thousand Branches Wellness.
This position is responsible for the provision of sales, marketing, along with customer acquisition and service activities throughout the community.
The Director of Business Development is also responsible for achieving the budgeted utilization of the organization's continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods, as well as being responsible for the clinic's strategic marketing plan, enhancing the clinic's brand and image, management of all sales and business development activities.
Responsibilities :
- Insure intake and business development relationships through active collaboration
- Develop and maintain accounts and referral source communication
- Maintain documentation of sales calls, call plans, account profiles, and productivity
- Identify elements that drive average daily visits to the clinic
- Review reports that impact marketing decisions
- Develop strategic plan
- Develop process of identifying key accounts and market players
- Provide routine reports to Corporate Leadership based on data / analytics to track clinic trends and identify opportunities
- Establish relationships with local employers to provide necessary services to employees
- Manage and maintain social media presence

Situated in the heart of The Loop, Thousand Branches Wellness will provide outpatient mental health services including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication Management, and Individual Therapy.
A subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), one of the largest and most respected providers of hospital and behavioral healthcare services, Thousand Branches Wellness is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to support the building of a new program and oversee client acquisition and brand recognition of our premier clinic.
Under the guidance of the Clinic Director and with Corporate Support from the UHS Business Development team, this position will be accountable for overseeing volume, monitoring brand reputation, and ensuring budgetary expectations are met.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required.
- Master's of Business Administration highly preferred.
- Prior marketing and / or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
- 5 years minimum experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license.
