Senior Business Analyst -#23033

Position Overview :

The Technical Business Analyst plays a crucial role in collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, and IT departments to analyze, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of software development methodologies, and the ability to deliver clear and concise documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to ensure solutions align with organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, development, QA, and vendors) to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
• Organize, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project timelines and sprint goals
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to validate requirements, use cases, and wireframes
• Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate user interface concepts
• Define acceptance criteria and work closely with QA teams to validate solutions for accuracy and quality
• Conduct root cause analysis and support troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical issues
• Ensure alignment of technical deliverables with non-functional requirements like usability, performance, security, and scalability
• Act as a liaison between IT teams and business units to ensure a shared understanding of goals and deliverables

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements
• Ability to translate complex business processes into detailed technical specifications
• Expertise in creating user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes
• Experience working within various software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms for requirement tracking and documentation
• SQL query writing skills preferred
