Salary : $16 to $19 per hour
Job Description : As a Call Center Representative at Ideaboxpro, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the positive reputation of our company.
Responsibilities :
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary
- Document customer interactions and update records in our customer management system
- Assist in outbound call campaigns to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
