The General Manger is responsible for the total operation of the restaurant including the hiring, training, and supervision of team members and will be accountable for successfully fulfilling and performing all job requirements of a Team Member and Assistant Manger.
The manager should achieve total customer satisfaction; consistently provide high quality products in an exceptionally clean restaurant while maximizing profits and continually building sales.
Responsibilities : Ensures prompt, friendly and courteous service, at all times and leads by setting the example for the employee.
Assembles products according to specification charts. Serves only the highest quality products to the customer. Ensures all quality standards are met throughout the life cycle of each product.
Follows product build to and projection charts to ensure proper life span and rotation of all products and ingredients. As well as assists in controlling food cost and quality by utilizing all tools (scales, cups, templates, charts, etc).
Accurately completes daily and weekly paperwork as well as ensures all employees are properly accounting for their time worked and approve hours on a daily basis.
Hires and trains team members to meet the staffing guidelines by adhering to the guidelines with regard to recruitment, selection, orientation, and training.
Increases profits by increasing sales and monitoring controllable costs.
Creates and maintains an environment that results in motivation, high productivity, and retention of team members.
Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies.
Qualifications : One year of relevant experience
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
High School diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred.
18 years of age, able to work a varying schedule and up to 50 hours a week and varied schedule.
Possesses a respectful character and is trustworthy. Has the ability to learn and the drive to excel.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills.
Dependable, hardworking and has the ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
