- Business Development : Collaborate with industry leaders and build strong partnerships with clients to understand their executive search needs and deliver tailored consultancy solutions.
- Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide informed insights and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Candidate Management : Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and facilitating successful placements.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in recruitment, within Life Sciences or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
