DSA is seeking a highly qualified Senior Network Engineer with an active TS / SCI clearance to join our team at NGIC Charlottesville, VA.

This position will support INSCOM / NGIC, Army G-2. DSA is the prime on the contract. It is a full-time role.

The Network Engineer will help drive customer service and digital modernization objectives for the intelligence analysis teams supporting Army G-2.

These services and solutions will have a direct impact on the speed and scale of intelligence delivery to the warfighter.

As our nation’s designated ground force intelligence authority, NGIC delivers ground force intelligence across all domains to help prevent and decisively win wars.

Our deep knowledge of the military capabilities of key strategic competitors, rogue states, and the partners and proxies they exploit, is critical to understanding how our adversaries prosecute and project great power competition around the world.

Required Qualifications

TS / SCI Security Clearance

DOD8570 IAT / IAM Level II baseline certification required (Security+ or equivalent)

At least eight years' experience working with enterprise-level Cisco hardware, operating systems, and technologies across enterprise information systems and networks.

Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)

Experience with Cisco-based routing and switching technologies.

Experience with Cisco-based Access Control Lists (ACLs) to secure network traffic.

Experience configuring network authentication using the TACACS and RADIUS protocols.

Experience configuring and managing in-line encryption devices.

Experience with implementation and use of network monitoring, fault management, and performance analysis tools.

Experience with Cisco networking security solutions, technologies, and best practices to support the secure implementation and sustainment of enterprise network devices in line with IA and INFOSEC compliance and governance.

Experience supporting technology delivery to commercial or government clients.

Organized, self-starter, able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced team.

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics

Experience with AWS infrastructure and services.

Experience with ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

Provide network engineering, systems architecture, and security support to ensure the design, configuration, and administration of a Cisco Client platform is maintained and satisfies all cybersecurity requirements.

Configure and manage network access controls in accordance with government account management policies.

Support cybersecurity and information assurance services in compliance with DoD IA policies, processes, and procedures.

Create, update, maintain, and submit network management and security diagrams to the government.

Perform preventative maintenance on network components.

Perform security patch management.

Provide initial level of support for service requests, incidents, and problems.
