Seeking an Family Law Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience.This is a well-established firm in the industry. This amazing opportunity is for a Family Law Associate Attorney who is ready to dive headfirst into a rewarding career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment!
Responsibilities :
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Review documents and conduct discovery with superior attention to detail
- Conduct legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues
- Prepare for and attend motions, conferences, hearings, and trials
- Manage cases from inception to resolution under partner supervision
- Build relationships with clients and opposing counsel
- Participate in networking and business development activities
The Ideal Candidate :
- Needs to be able to work a case up with some or limited supervision from senior attorney / partner
- 2 years of private firm Family Law experience
- Admission to California Bar- in good standing
- Experience in litigation and / or clientele development
- Strong academic and employment credentials
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
