RN / LPN - New Mercer Commons Assisted Living

New Mercer Commons Assisted Living is located at 900 Centre Ave. Fort Collins, CO and serves a wide range of needs by offering three unique sections of care : Assisted, Assisted Plus, and Memory Care all located within one building.
We cater to individualized needs by offering seven styles of apartments ranging from Studios to Royal Suites.
Compensation :
- Wages start at $23.00-$36.00 / hr. depending on experience and licensure
- Shift and weekend differential pay

- 11 : 00 am - 7 : 30 pm
RN / LPN
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols
- Monitor residents' vital signs and health condition, and report any changes to the physician or supervisor
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers and other staff members
- Participate in care conferences to review resident care plans and progress
Qualifications
- For RN : Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN) from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Colorado
- For LPN : Completion of a state-approved practical nursing program and current LPN license in the State of Colorado
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in geriatric care or assisted living preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
