FocusKPI is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Campaigns Manager / Senior Marketing Automation Manager to join one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company.

Our client is looking for someone who loves the science of marketing operations and enjoys building, implementing, and measuring new systems, processes, and campaigns.

Your role will be to design and implement marketing automation operations for thier demand generation team. This work will include micro-segmentation of key target accounts, configuring automation tools for omni-channel launch, and most frequently, configuring Marketo to deploy complex nurture campaigns and scoring operations.

Collaborating with your demand generation stakeholders, candidates possessing strong communication skills and a desire to think outside the box to deliver the best possible customer experience will thrive here.

Work Location : Remote - anywhere in the US (PST preferable)

Duration : 11-12 months contract with possibility for extension or conversion depending on your performance

Pay Range : $62 / hr to $72 / hr

Responsibilities :

Partner with demand generation managers to execute day-to-day campaign operations and marketing automation systems administration while optimizing for scale and efficiency

Implement segmentation and targeting best practices; segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency using ActionIQ

Execute and optimize effective lead nurturing programs using Marketo

Assist in managing the lead lifecycle - implement and optimize lead scoring, qualification, and hand-off to sales processes

Proactively govern data quality for all programs / campaigns

Assist with program conceptualization, program execution, and success measurement

Uncover opportunities to optimize conversion across the lead generation and sales funnel

Establish, maintain, and optimize scalable marketing processes for campaign and lead generation / management

Play an integral role in supporting the globalization of campaigns

Qualifications :

6+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation and operations

Extensive experience as a Marketo Admin with building nurture campaigns, lead scoring, reporting, and connecting multiple data sources.

Marketo Certified Expert preferred

Marketing automation platform experience (admin, work on platform, campaign building and management) and experience with Marketing automation platforms (Marketo), SFDC (salesforce, CRM)

Experience with Salesforce reporting and custom objects with a proficient understanding of the Salesforce CRM architecture

Experience with multiple product lines

Ideal candidate would be from B2B and SaaS

Experience with audience segmentation within Customer Data Platforms is preferred
