Electric Vehicle Fleet Driver Compensation and Benefits :

- Starting at $18 / hour plus tips plus incentives
- Incentive of $2 / hour for Thursday-Sunday shifts starting between 2 : 30pm and 6pm

- Full Time and Part Time shifts available ?
- Full Time morning, evening and overnight shifts 5 days per week
- Schedules include any 5 out of 7 days
- Part Time morning, evening and overnight shifts 2-4 days per week
- Schedules must include at least one weekend day
- All shifts are 8 hours
- Earn $200 referral bonuses when people you recommend are hired by Tower Mobility.
Electric Vehicle Fleet Driver Duties :
- Drive our brand-new electric and hybrid vehicles; we provide vehicle maintenance, electricity, phone, insurance, etc.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
- Use mobile device for routing information to pick passenger up and drive to specific destination.
Electric Vehicle Fleet Driver Requirements :
- Must be able to pass preemployment and well as random drug testing throughout employment, including marijuana.
- Must be at least 23 years old (for insurance purposes).
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record and a US driver's license for at least 2 years.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ride-share experience preferred
