The Business Systems Analyst analyze current process to identify necessary system changes, document requirements, design, participate in development and testing activities.
Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison between functional user and technical systems groups, between internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collects, analyze, and interpret business process information to identify project scope and documents written requirements.
- Create and maintain updates to all project documentation such as process flow diagrams, business requirement and wire frame documents.
- Oversees the task progression to ensure timelines are meet.
- Preform quality testing of newly released code
- Preform production validation at the time of code deployment.
- Works directly with our training team to develop materials for project.
- Monitors productions for potential change request.
- The BSA is assigned multiple projects that run concurrently and vairy in size.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Take independent action within established options and develops new procedures and approaches to problems when necessary
- Analyze assignments based on a wide knowledge of many factors where application of advanced or technical concepts are required.
- Ability to read and write SQL queries to assist with data analysis and requirement gathering.
- Take initiative, be creative, flexible, and can adapt to a changing environment
- Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures
- Learn new or complex material quickly and readily transfer training to everyday activities
- Articulate issues, plans, risks, etc. in a way that facilitates timely decision making
- Escalate issues appropriately
- Work effectively to promote a team environment
- Work well with technical and non-technical resources
- Must be versatile with Microsoft Office suite
Education / Training
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
- Requires 3+ years of business systems analysis experience
- Experience in Mortgage Servicing or Mortgage Origination is a plus.
- Ongoing desire to stay current with software market and latest technologies.
- Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
