- Principales tches*
- Effectuer le travail de conseiller-vendeur.
- Assurer le suivi et le contrle du personnel et des activits de sa section.
- Grer les stocks de sa section et la caisse.
- Maximiser la performance de son quipe et des ventes.
- Traiter les demandes / situations spciales des clients.
- Assurer l'application des normes Premire Moisson.
- Possder une connaissance approfondie de tous les produits.
- Coordonner lorganisation du travail dune ou de plusieurs sections du magasin.
- Effectuer louverture et / ou la fermeture du magasin.
- Assurer lapplication des normes de mise en march des produits, de qualit, dhygine et de salubrit par le personnel de sa section.
- Superviser le travail de son quipe et effectuer les tches relies au service la clientle incluant la caisse enregistreuse.
- Donner de la formation aux nouveaux employs, au besoin.
- Remplacer lassistant-grant, au besoin.
