This first phase will be implementing Tavant Warranty on Demand for service contracts and integrating it into Salesforce (SFDC has aplug-in / integration pipeline for Tavant).
Phase one will go through March, Phase Two will be upgrading and replacing Warranty services. Inthis phase, the PM will help stand up a continuous improvement team to ensure the customers are getting the most out of the offering.
