Other beneficial areas of knowledge are Oracle ERP, especially in Accounts Receivable, andintegrations and API exposure.

They won’t be tasked with anything to do in these areas, but they are the main resources that they will be managing fordelivery.

This first phase will be implementing Tavant Warranty on Demand for service contracts and integrating it into Salesforce (SFDC has aplug-in / integration pipeline for Tavant).

Phase one will go through March, Phase Two will be upgrading and replacing Warranty services. Inthis phase, the PM will help stand up a continuous improvement team to ensure the customers are getting the most out of the offering.

There are a lot of moving pieces in this effort, so someone who can navigate ambiguity well and make go-forward decisions ideal.

• Sr PMO / Agile PM with cloud / data transformation and HR systems exposure ideal Top Skills Sr. structured EPMO project / program manager with both *Agile and Waterfall* projects will have a blend of both* They need a seasoned, capable PM who has tenure building teams, driving delivery, engaging the business, tracking milestones, etc.
