Human Resources Manager

Our client is a global leader in the packaging industry. Are you an accomplished Human Resources professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving organizational success? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves shaping and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to execute comprehensive budgeting, workforce, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Provide tailored coaching and consulting to enhance performance management and workforce development across diverse divisions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent attraction and retention strategies, managing HR projects on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Utilize HR analytics to provide data-driven insights on HR initiatives and organizational performance.
  • Represent our facility at community and corporate events in the USA and Canada, fostering professional relationships.
  • Facilitate change management processes by promoting open communication and trust within the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation and lead teams to achieve their objectives effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of HR management experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of US and Virginia HR compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Proven leadership experience with a diverse industrial workforce.
  • Expertise in succession planning, coaching, mentoring, and developing an engaging workplace culture.
  • Strategic thinking with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
  • Documented success in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
