Skidmore's Holiday Bowl - Team Assistant - Jerry Cline Park - Urgently Hiring
Summary : A Team Assistant has the responsibility for assisting Team Members in providing impeccable Guest Service in the dining room bowling and bar area.
Team Assistants will establish and maintain an above standard level of cleanliness in all assigned areas. Team assistants are excellent team players and are imperative in creating an atmosphere of friendliness, cordiality, cleanliness and relaxed enjoyment.
Duties and Responsibilities : -Provide professional and friendly table service when delivering food and / or clearing and cleaning tables.
- Deliver food to tables and lanes in a timely manner and ensure that all food maintains exceptional standards of quality and freshness.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and bar menus and proactive in staying current on all new menu items and specials.
- Clears, cleans and prepares lanes and tables for new Guests in a timely manner. -Maintain above standard level of cleanliness in assigned work area and side stations throughout shift (sweep, mop, clean tables etc.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS) system, accept payment and provide accurate change or receipt in a timely manner.
- Ensures proper cleanliness and stocking of side stations for servers. -Assists Bartender in setting up the bar, stocking, washing glassware and organization.
- Keeps the restrooms clean, stocked and organized during the shift. -Polishes silverware throughout the shift, when needed.
Rolls silverware as needed. -Picks up debris and trash from the front entrance and parking lot. *All other duties as assigned by management
