Volt is immediately hiring a 2nd Shift - Warehouse Supervisor in Fullerton, Ca!

Schedule : 2nd Shift 4PM- 12 : 30AM

Type : Full-Time / Direct Hire

Salary : $70-75k

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

What We're Looking For :

• 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, managing a team of 5 or more. (experience in the manufacturing industry preferred but not necessary)
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Forklift Certified

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will :

• Evaluate, design, and analyze warehouse solutions to support new and existing business.
• Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning.
• Plan warehouse layouts to maximize inventory controls and facility flow.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against records like manifests and invoices.
• Prepare and manage documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders.
• Record shipment data for reporting and accounting purposes.
• Understand and enforce food safety guidelines.
• Handle all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Inspect incoming freight for damage and resolve issues with purchasing.
• Certify and train all forklift drivers.
• Oversee special projects critical to warehouse support functions.
