What You'll Do :
- Lead the charge on home inspections, open houses, and showings
- Dive deep into market research to nail the perfect listing price
- Creatively price, stage, and market homes to magnetize buyers in a flash
- Be the voice clients look forward to, with weekly updates that sparkle
- Elevate our service to star-studded heights with your engaging feedback and insights
Who You Are :
- Rocking a valid Real Estate License
- A communication wizard who can book appointments in their sleep
- Bringing at least a year of real estate or sales magic to the table
- A tech-savvy guru comfortable with CRM systems

Compensation :
$126,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
- Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
Qualifications :
- Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
- Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
