We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and caring for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders.
Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting diagnostic tests, developing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and their families about respiratory conditions and therapy techniques.
Additionally, you will be expected to operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment and stay current with the latest advancements in the field.
Requirements :
1. Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program.
2. Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
3. Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
4. Strong knowledge of respiratory care procedures and techniques.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.
7. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care.
8. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
9. Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
10. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
