Property Management company is currently looking for a full-time property manager to manage to a building in the Koreatown area.
This position is fulltime, the manager will live onsite at the property managed. If you are interested, submit your resume for consideration.
Overview of Duties : Rent Collection Generating / Posting notices Reviewing / Scheduling Work Orders Advertising / Marketing / Leasing Vacant Units Must live at property being managed Other duties assigned by management Experience Required : Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year Managing 65+ units preferred Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus GED or HS Diploma MUST- Valid Driver's license MUST- Reliable vehicle Bilingual in Spanish a preferred Must already live in the Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley area Hours - Monday-Friday- 8 : 00a-5 : 00p - Available after hours and weekends for emergencies - Cannot be combined with any other work Salary - $3800-4000 / month gross salary (DOE) w / rent deduction.
