Compensation : $42k-$50k + commission Schedule : In-Office, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM How Youll Do It You will be expected to utilize and follow the companys operational processes for screening, interviewing, and hiring employees for employment placement.

Accurately maintain and update applicant, employee, and client data within operational software systemsLog and document all applicant, employee or client communications in operational software systemMaintain client and personnel files in accordance to company filing systemAccurately document in real time client job order requests and keep updated within operational software systemsMaintain and update job descriptions for each client job orderUnderstand and have ability to discuss with client bill-rates that are within cost factors and budgetRecruit qualified candidates using all resources effectivelyConduct interviews with potential candidates to evaluate work ethic, skills, and abilities within the guidelines of the Assurelink process and best placement selection for customersMaintain and process HR role such as Workers Compensation, Unemployment, payroll functions, employee disciplinary actions, and employee issuesAll other duties as assigned What Youll Bring Associate degree or High School diploma (or equivalent) or equivalent business experience1-2 years of recruiting experience within manufacturing, light industrial, or clerical rolesStrong affinity for business development and outside sales, including service calls and marketing callsAbove average communication skills to communicate with clients and candidates in both written and oral formsPossess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStrong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal relations The Benefits : We take care of our team and provide great benefits : Responsible Time Off (Unlimited Time Off Program)Competitive Health BenefitsCareer Journey planning and employee recognitionCulture is important to us and there are numerous options to get involved and collaborate, including giving back to our local communities, staying fit, joining our cultural networks, and having fun and celebrating together! Physical Requirements : To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to communicate and visit other offices, prospects and clients.

In addition, the staff associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 50 pounds.

Requires good hand / eye coordination, arm / hand / finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read and write the application information.
