Territory Manager
We are a leading distributor in Minnesota specializing in the Plumbing and Heating industry, and are currently expanding into the HVAC unitary market with a major Brand Name Product offering.
We are currently seeking an exceptional Territory Manager (TM) to help us identify and secure an HVAC dealer base. If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for plumbing and heating products, we invite you to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
- Work within an assigned territory to identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and potential new HVAC Dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while seeking opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and new product introductions.
- Conduct regular customer visits and attend industry events to promote our products and services and stay up to date with the latest industry trends.
- Achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas that are clearly communicated to you with deadlines and goals.
- Work with top manufacturer to help grow and maintain Dealer HVAC market share.
- Introduce, promote, and demonstrate new products and services.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in B2B sales and preferably within PHCC industry or related fields.
- Proven ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships, with a customer-focused approach and a results-driven mindset.
- Track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to lead and work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Capable of traveling daily within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
