About the Job :

• Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination for executives.
• Effectively handle logistics for domestic / international travel.
• Prepare correspondence, maintain files, and process expense reports through Concur.
• Serve as the point of contact for the assigned executive team members.
• Provide additional administrative and special project support as needed.

About You :

• A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
• 1+ years of administrative or professional, or strong internship, experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral / written communication, with strong organizational and time management, and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work 5x / week on-site at their brand-new Bethesda, MD office.
