Position Information : NWHSU is seeking a dynamic and collaborative individual to join our team as a Director of Financial Aid.
Your expertise will play a crucial role in leading the financial aid department, providing strategic financial support to our students, administering financial aid programs, and contributing to the overall success of our institution.
The Director of Financial Aid will manage a team of 2 staff and report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This position provides the opportunity to ensure that students have the financial resources they need to pursue their academic goals.
Work Location : Bloomington, MN with flexibility to work 1-2 days per week remotely; must live local and be able to come to campus as needed.
What you need to have :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial aid administration.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal financial aid rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with financial aid management systems and technology.
