Lenme is looking for talented Visual Designers and UI / UX Specialists to join our design team. We want individuals passionate about creating scalable, customer-focused financial products, who enjoy solving complex design challenges and working collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct and apply user research, persona development, and usability testing.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Optimize design for improved usability, engagement, and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incorporating best practices in UI / UX design.

  • Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
