A leading wire and cable manufacturing company is seeking a Facilities Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will manage project functions for capital projects and continuous improvement efforts across the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities :
- Define objectives and develop scopes, budgets, and schedules for improvement projects.
- Create machinery / system drawings and specifications, and evaluate upgrades.
- Assist in project development and maintenance reviews, updating plant records as needed.
- Select and oversee contractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-7 years of manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and a strong understanding of industrial standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
