The position will be based in Issaquah, WA, or Palo Alto, CA.

Required travel is estimated at 10-20%.

Your Role :

  • Develop and implement the Ultrasound Spare Part supply chain strategy to support our customers across the world throughout their lifecycle, including identifying optimal inventory levels and / or locations, and streamlining logistics networks.
  • Interface with Siemens Healthineers Customer Service Managed Logistics organization to ensure the timely delivery of spare parts to customers and the speedy return process for parts under investigations or repair.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our supplier base, both internal and external to anticipate and resolve any shortages.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to address lifecycle challenges and New Product Introductions.
  • Monitor and analyze internal and external customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and drive strategic projects.
  • Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric service.
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Your Expertise :

  • Leadership : Capacity to lead, manage, and mentor junior team members and develop the next generation of leaders within Customer Service Ultrasound.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders in Germany, USA, South Korea, and other supplier locations.
  • Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Resilience : Ability to face obstacles and power through to drive impact in the business.
  • Ability to travel.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position :

  • BS / BA in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Order Management, or Customer Service, preferably in healthcare-related industry.
  • 5+ years with managerial responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in managing, cross-functionally, with complex supply chains and inventory systems and driving positive impact on customer experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical equipment, particularly ultrasound systems.

The pay range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.

The annual incentive target is 25% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
