Join our team as a Full Time Occupational Therapist for Home Health
We are seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide personalized, comprehensive care, focusing on rehabilitation and independence for patients in their homes.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess patient's daily living / work-related skills, develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives, and administer diagnostic and prognostic tests of function.
You will also confer with the patient's physician and other health care team members, provide therapeutic treatment and instruction, review and expand the retraining programs, consult with vocational team members, and report patient status and progress to the necessary parties.
Required Experience / Skills :
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience preferred
- Home Health experience a plus
- Current and unrestricted OT licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40
Pay Range : $84,500 - $116,400 per year
