About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : Oncology Nurse, Clinic Job Duration : 8 Weeks Shift : Day Shift, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday Guaranteed Hours : 40 Hours / Week Experience : Minimum of 2 years, with recent experience within the last 3 years.
Oncology, gynecology, chemotherapy, and ambulatory triage experience preferred. License : Valid nursing license from the state of practice or compact license.
Certifications : BLS certified through the American Heart Association. OCN, ONS, or APHON required. Must-Have : Permanent address outside a 50-mile radius of Madison.
Must meet all minimum requirements and adhere to the scheduled shift. Job Description : Assist in triage for a specific gynecology / oncology population.
- Manage patients undergoing evaluation and management of pelvic floor conditions.- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent and positive patient outcomes.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families.- Must have experience successfully completing traveler assignments (13 weeks preferred).
- Ability to float between units based on competency skills / experience.- Assist in covering multiple units and different locations within the organization as needed.
- Possess two references from recent work environments (supervisor or manager). Candidates must ensure that all licenses and certifications remain valid throughout the entire assignment.
Compliance with facility requirements and ability to adapt to varying unit needs is essential for successful contract completion.
