We are looking for a Brand Ambassador who is all things; motivator, super seller, storyteller with the ability to achieving personal and team sales goals.
- Create Brand awareness through our storytelling script within the shopping experience.
- Be the face of Lovepop and provide product knowledge to all customers.
- Provide a magical experience through genuine connections with everyone who walks by.
- Engage and sell to meet daily personal and location goals.
- Be able to upkeep the location for a seamless and organized experience for every customer.
- Be able to open / close your respective locations to Company standards.
- Keep the location looking magical and engaging, making sure that our product is always looking its best.
- Work hard and be a great team member! We expect everyone on the team to take ownership and show an ambitious attitude.
- Will be A-Players who want to succeed and outperform expectations.
- Have the ability to effectively communicate with customers making folks feel welcome and valued is a core mantra that we have at Lovepop!
- High energy and self-driven to succeed for personal and Company benefit.
- Are able to work mostly independently, learn quickly, and solve problems.
- Has previous sales / hospitality experience.
- Takes direction well from Leader in location merchandising moves.
- Are able to stand for 4-6 hours in a retail selling environment and lift 25-30 pounds
