Senior Project Manager - Transportation

We're currently seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our Los Angeles team. In this role, you'll take charge of overseeing various phases of large-scale transportation projects, from planning and design to construction and right-of-way considerations.
Your primary objective will be ensuring timely project completion, adherence to budget, and upholding the highest quality standards.
Your Responsibilities :
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to conclusion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with pertinent regulations and standards.
- Supervise the preparation of engineering documents, reports, and technical materials.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior staff, fostering their professional growth.
- Act as a representative of the company in various professional and community engagements.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
Your Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proficient with MicroStation; OpenRoads Designer preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in time management and prioritization.
- Sharp critical thinking abilities.
- Capacity to adapt to new concepts under pressure.
