Business Analyst with CRM
Location : Decatur, GA
CTH- 6+ Months
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and someone who can speak to their leads experience in salesforce, quote to cash experience is good too.
OR they can have Dynamics experience, really all CRMs are similar and have a leads process so they need to be able to speak to that
Need someone who has the understanding / knowledge with Lead to Cash is a plus
They have projects to implement a new CRM tool and need help with this process.
Implement a new CRM tool Either Dynamics or Salesforce- Ideally both if possible.
- Strong experience in an Agile methodology environment
- Experience creating user stories and working with various cross functional teams.
Experience with various CRM tool projects for enhancements or implementations.
Someone who has a Lean / Six Sigma background
Experience with lean value stream mapping
